FAQs
Do I need experience to take a class?
1
No experience is needed for beginner-friendly classes. If you are new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with a Free Intro class or a beginner-friendly Reformer Flow class so you can learn the equipment, basic movements, and class flow.
Classes are limited to 8 clients, allowing for a supportive environment and some personal attention.
What are the benefits of combining Pilates with functional strength training?
2
Combining Pilates with functional strength training creates a balanced, full-body workout that helps build strength, improve flexibility, increase stability, and support better movement in everyday life.
Pilates helps improve control, posture, core strength, and body awareness, while functional strength training adds real-life movement patterns like squatting, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and balancing.
What should I wear and bring to class?
3
Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for Reformer classes for safety and stability. Grip socks are also available for purchase at the studio.
Please bring water. Bottled water is available for purchase at the studio.
What is your cancellation policy?
