Meet the Owner and Founder of Pilates Fit.

Pilates Fit was founded by Melissa Di Siena, a fully certified 400-hour Comprehensive Pilates Instructor with over a decade of experience.

Melissa’s approach is rooted in the original principles of Pilates, combined with her background in functional training, yoga, and barre. Her sessions are known for being engaging, effective, and thoughtfully programmed—helping clients build strength, improve flexibility, and feel better in their bodies.

She has worked with a wide range of clients across studios and gyms throughout the Atlanta area and is passionate about helping people live healthier, more active lives through Pilates and functional movement.
