Join us for a complimentary 30-minute Intro Session every Saturday at 11:00 AM. These short sessions introduce you to our Pilates equipment, basic movement patterns, and class format so you can feel confident before joining our group Reformer classes

Reformer Flow

Build strength, improve flexibility, and move with control in this foundational class that blends Pilates with functional movement. Designed to strengthen, tone, and support better movement for everyday life.

Reformer Renew

An all-levels class designed to strengthen, tone, and stretch the body through a fusion of Pilates and yoga-inspired movement, improving mobility, balance, and overall body awareness.

Reformer Strength

This functional fitness–inspired workout, designed for intermediate to advanced clients, blends strength training and Pilates using the Reformer, free weights, and a variety of equipment and props to build total-body strength, muscular endurance, and overall fitness.

What to wear

  • Grip socks are required on all Pilates equipment.

  • Breathable form fitting clothing.

  • Long hair should be tied back.

  • Dangling accessories removed for safety.

What to bring

  • We recommend bringing water to stay hydrated. Bottled water is also available for purchase at the studio.

  • You may also choose to bring a sweat towel.
