We’ll be offering complimentary 30-minute Intro Sessions starting this Spring, held every Saturday at 12:00 PM. These short sessions introduce you to our Pilates equipment, basic movement patterns, and class format so you can feel confident before joining our small-group classes. This is not a workout — it’s a friendly orientation designed to set you up for success.
Explore Our Class Packages
Our small-group Reformer training delivers a full-body workout that strengthens, tones, and stretches your muscles while building functional strength for everyday movement. With only 8 clients per class, you’ll receive personal attention as you work on the Reformer, TRX, light weights, and other Pilates equipment. All sessions are 50-minutes. Class packages expire 60 days from date of purchase.
5-Class Package
$150
$30.00 per class. A great option for those who want a smaller package while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.
Popular
10-Class Package
$275
$27.50 per class. A popular option for those planning to attend about 1–2 times per week.
20-Class Package
$500
$25.00 per class. Ideal for those planning to attend 2–3 times per week and stay consistent with their Pilates routine.
What to wear
Grip socks are required on all Pilates equipment.
Breathable form fitting clothing.
Long hair should be tied back.
Dangling accessories removed for safety.
What to bring
We recommend bringing water to stay hydrated. Bottled water is also available for purchase at the studio.
You may also choose to bring a sweat towel.

Melissa is a fully qualified and accredited 400-hour Comprehensive Pilates Instructor. She has been teaching and practicing for over 10 years and is passionate about helping people live healthier lives through Pilates.
During her career, she has worked with a wide range of clients and taught in studios and gyms in the Atlanta area.
In addition to her comprehensive Pilates training, Melissa holds certifications in yoga, barre, SilverSneakers and is an ACE Functional Training Specialist—ensuring that each session is unique, varied, and adaptable to all fitness levels.
