Pilates Fit is opening a new, expanded studio space featuring a full lineup of Pilates equipment designed to maximize your workout—helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall fitness.
Pilates Fit is more than Pilates—we blend classic Pilates principles with functional fitness to create a balanced, full-body workout that helps you move better, live better, and stay fit for life.
New to Pilates Fit? We’ll be offering complimentary 30-minute Intro Sessions starting this Spring, held every Saturday at 12:00 PM. These short sessions introduce you to our Pilates equipment, basic movement patterns, and class format so you can feel confident before joining our small-group classes. This is not a workout — it’s a friendly orientation designed to set you up for success.
Experience full-body strengthening and stretching in our small-group Reformer training sessions. With only 8 clients per session, you’ll receive personal attention while using the Reformer, EXO Chair, Springboard, TRX, mat, and small props for a strong, balanced, and effective workout. All sessions are 50-minutes.

Private Training at Pilates Fit offers a personalized, one-on-one experience tailored to your body and your goals. Each 50-minute session focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and elevating your overall fitness. Private training is ideal for those who are new to Pilates or for clients looking for a customized approach before transitioning into small-group classes.

Melissa is a fully qualified and accredited 400-hour Comprehensive Pilates Instructor. She has been teaching and practicing for over 10 years and is passionate about helping people live healthier lives through Pilates.
During her career, she has worked with a wide range of clients and taught in studios and gyms in the Atlanta area.
In addition to her comprehensive Pilates training, Melissa holds certifications in yoga, barre, SilverSneakers and is an ACE Functional Training Specialist—ensuring that each session is unique, varied, and adaptable to all fitness levels.

I don't know how I stumbled on this trainer, but I'm sure glad I did! As a beginner I was very nervous to attend big classes due to the fact that I'm not very coordinated. Melissa is so much fun and makes sure I'm in right alignment with each exercise. Highly recommend! I'm a lifer!
